Residents of Ontario, Wayne, Wyoming and Livingston counties can apply for an OWWL card. This blue and green card, gives you borrowing privileges at the Newark Public Library as well as access to the resources in the 42 libraries within the four counties.
Anyone 5 or older can get a library card. To register for a card, adults must present a photo ID. Kids and teens between the ages of 5 and 14 must have a parent's signature. Students over the age of 14 can use their student IDs.
