Most materials are loaned for 3 weeks and may be renewed twice. Items not returned on time will accrue a fine of $0.20 per day per item.
Videos are loaned for 1 week and may be renewed once. There is a limit of 4 videos per card. Videos not returned on time will accrue a fine of $1.00 per day per video.
Renewals can be made in person, by phone at 315-331-4370 or online at OWWL.org.
A 6-week loan period is available by request on most items. However, new books, CDs, magazines and items from other OWWL libraries are not eligible for extended loan period.
If your account exceeds $5.00 in fines/fees or you have more than 5 overdue items, your borrowing privileges will be suspended.
